Matthew Harrington is professeur titulaire at the Université de Montréal’s faculty of law. Professor Harrington is an expert in English, Canadian, and American constitutional law, and serves as the president of his Faculty’s common law committee. He also serves as an editor for the Journal of Commonwealth Law.
