The History and Significance of The Notwithstanding Clause

Join us on October 9th for an event on the significance of Section 33 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We are welcoming professors Ryan Alford of Bora Laskin Faculty of Law Lakehead University and Stéphane Serafin of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law who will explore the history and impact of the Notwithstanding Clause.
