She previously clerked for Justice Mary T. Moreau of the Supreme Court of Canada. Ms. Jandura plans to study the philosophical foundations of accessory liability in private law at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in fulfillment of her SJD.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Pike holds a JD (with Honours) from the University of Toronto and a BCL from the University of Oxford. He most recently practiced commercial litigation at McCarthy T\u00e9trault LLP in Toronto and has been cited by the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Pike plans to study an uncertain area of bribes and secret commissions law, at which contract, tort, and equity intersect, in fulfillment of his SJD.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Jandura and Mr. Pike will both join the Runnymede Society as scholars-in-residence and submit a research paper to a peer-reviewed Canadian law journal on a theme relating to constitutionalism, fundamental freedoms, or the rule of law. Elle a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment agi comme auxiliaire juridique aupr\u00e8s de la juge Mary T. Moreau \u00e0 la Cour supr\u00eame du Canada. Il a r\u00e9cemment exerc\u00e9 en litige commercial au sein du cabinet McCarthy T\u00e9trault LLP \u00e0 Toronto, et ses travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9s par la Cour supr\u00eame du Canada.
