Please join the Runnymede Society’s Guelph Student Chapter for an interactive legal workshop exploring fundamental constitutional rights in Canada on Monday, October 20th!
The session will feature a lecture on Section 33 of the Charter to help students understand their rights and the role of the “notwithstanding clause” in relation to them. After the lecture, participants will take part in small-group discussions on related constitutional topics, including Saskatchewan’s controversial pronoun policy.
