Please join the Runnymede Society’s University of Calgary Chapter for a lecture with Justice Malcolm Rowe of the Supreme Court of Canada, on Tuesday, March 3rd.

This talk forms Part I of a two-part lecture series delivered across two Runnymede student chapters. Both lectures will reflect on the relationship between the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and liberal democracy, with Part I subtitled “How Misunderstanding the Charter Can Weaken Liberal Democracy.” This talk will be followed by a question-and-answer period.
