Runnymede 10 Email List Giveaway – Official Rules

The Runnymede Society (“Runnymede”) is sponsoring the Runnymede 10 Email List Giveaway (the “Contest”).

Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 19, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EDT and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of Runnymede, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, an individual must subscribe to the Runnymede email list during the Contest Period using a valid email address.

Only individuals who subscribe to the email list during the Contest Period are eligible to enter. Existing subscribers are not eligible.

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

No purchase, donation, or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) limited-edition Runnymede 10 hoodie (approximate retail value: CAN$58).

The commemorative Runnymede 10 design was produced to mark the tenth anniversary of Runnymede and will not be produced again.

Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place in August 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of subscription.

To claim a prize, a selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide:

(a) confirmation of eligibility;

(b) a Canadian mailing address; and

(c) a preferred hoodie size.

Hoodie sizes are subject to availability.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, Runnymede reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Following confirmation of eligibility, sizing, and mailing information, prizes will be shipped by Runnymede in August 2026.

Shipping

Runnymede will cover the cost of shipping prizes to Canadian addresses.

Privacy

By entering the Contest, entrants consent to receive communications from Runnymede, including Runnymede Roundup, Runnymede Radio updates, event announcements, fellowship and prize opportunities, fundraising campaigns, and other organizational communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Runnymede’s privacy practices.

General

Runnymede reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Runnymede, which shall be final.
