Prof. Alford returns to the University of Manitoba following a series of well-attended lectures. Known for his rigorous analysis and dynamic delivery, he will lead an intellectually engaging discussion of how judges understand and exercise their role within Canada’s constitutional framework, examining the principles, limits, and responsibilities that shape judicial decision-making.
