Please join the Runnymede Society’s Western Chapter for an engaging talk about the two conflicting paradigms that compete for dominance in Canadian law with Professor Bruce Pardy (Queen’s) on Tuesday, November 11th!
Prof. Pardy will argue that Canadian law has become increasingly difficult to reconcile as two competing worldviews pull it in opposite directions. As one paradigm replaces another, long-standing principles shift and uncertainty follows. He believes this transition is reshaping the structure and stability of Canadian law in fundamental ways.
